US International Trade Commission Affirms Domestic Industry Finding for Mobile Device Holders and Components

The US International Trade Commission has determined to affirm the ALJ's finding on the economic prong of the domestic industry for mobile device holders and components, and has issued a general exclusion order and sixteen cease and desist orders against defaulting respondents, terminating the investigation.
