U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has made a final determination that Techtronic Industries Company Ltd., Techtronic Industries North America Inc., One World Technologies, Inc., and OWT Industries, Inc. have violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders to prevent the importation of infringing access control systems and components.
