U.S. International Trade Commission Modifies Investigation into Generalized System of Preferences

The U.S. International Trade Commission has amended its investigation into the Generalized System of Preferences, following a correction to the USTR's request letter, and will now consider ferroniobium and nesoi from Brazil as having been listed in Table E instead of Table D, and will provide advice on whether a like or directly competitive article was being produced in the U.S. in the preceding three years.
