U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that VIZIO, Inc. and Sigma Designs, Inc. have infringed on a patent held by Certain Graphics Systems, Components Thereof, and Consumer Products Containing the Same, resulting in the issuance of a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
