US Patent and Trademark Office Updates Patent Trial Practice Guide
The US Patent and Trademark Office issued an updated version of its Patent Trial Practice Guide in July 2019 to provide guidance on standard practices for post-grant trials, which were implemented following the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act, and to ensure consistency of procedure among the Patent Trial and Appeal Board panels.
