FERC Seeks Public Comment on Mandatory Reliability Standards for the Bulk-Power System

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is seeking public comment on the Mandatory Reliability Standards for the Bulk-Power System: PRC Standards, as part of its compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The Commission previously solicited public comments on this topic in 2015, but received no responses.
