US Consumer Product Safety Commission Proposes Safety Standard for Gates and Enclosures
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission is proposing a safety standard for gates and enclosures in response to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, which requires the Commission to promulgate safety standards for durable infant and toddler products.
