Federal Communications Commission Adopts Channel Sharing Rules for TV Stations

The Federal Communications Commission has adopted new rules allowing full power and Class A TV stations with auction-related channel sharing agreements to continue operating outside of the incentive auction context, and enabling low power TV stations to share channels with other stations, helping displaced secondary stations to stay on the air.
