FCC Approves OMB Approval for Business Data Services Report Order

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved a three-year information collection for the FCC's Business Data Services Report and Order, which includes a new X-factor of 2% for price cap Local Exchange Carriers (LECs) to implement by December 1, 2017.
