Department of Labor Submits Annual Refiling Survey Forms for OMB Review

The Department of Labor has submitted an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of its Annual Refiling Survey Forms, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
