FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Determining Public Health Protection for Foreign Supplier Verification Program

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published a draft guidance document outlining its expectations for evaluating whether a foreign supplier's measures meet the same level of public health protection as required by the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) regulation or the Preventive Controls Requirements in 21 CFR Part 112.
