FDA Releases Final Guidance on Product Identifier Requirements Under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a final guidance for industry on product identifier requirements, which are part of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act. The guidance finalizes FDA's enforcement plan for product identifiers, which manufacturers must begin affixing or imprinting on their products starting November 27, 2017.
