FDA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Export Lists of Food Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is requesting public comment on a proposed collection of information to establish and maintain lists of U.S. manufacturers and processors interested in exporting food products regulated by the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN). The proposed changes also include an electronic registry that will allow manufacturers to request inclusion on the export lists.
