Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for Underwater Detonation Operations in Guam

The US Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone in Apra Outer Harbor and Piti, Guam, to protect people and vessels from potential hazards during underwater detonation operations, and only authorized vessels or individuals are allowed to enter the zone.
