Coast Guard Abolishes Drawbridge Operation Regulation for Maine-Kennebec Bridge

The US Coast Guard has canceled the existing drawbridge operation regulation for the Route-197 Bridge, which spans the Kennebec River between Richmond and Dresden, Maine, as the bridge no longer requires drawbridge operations due to its replacement with a fixed bridge in 2015.
