U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Modify ACE Portal Accounts Test

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is planning to modify its National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) test concerning Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Portal Accounts to establish a new protest filing system, known as the ACE Protest Filer Account, which will allow participants to file electronic protests in ACE.
