CBP Announces Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) as Sole Authorized EDI System for Electronic Drawback and Duty Deferral Filings

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner has announced that the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) will be the sole authorized electronic data interchange (EDI) system for processing electronic drawback and duty deferral entry and entry summary filings, replacing the Automated Commercial System (ACS).
