Coast Guard Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rulemaking on Hudson River Anchorage Grounds

The US Coast Guard is extending the comment period for its proposed rulemaking on anchorage grounds on the Hudson River from Yonkers, NY to Kingston, NY, from September 7, 2016 to December 6, 2016, in response to over 2,100 public submissions received as of August 29, 2016.
