Coast Guard Amends Regulations for Foreign-Flagged Vessels in Aquaculture Operations

The U.S. Coast Guard is updating its rules to allow foreign-flagged vessels or vessels with only a registry endorsement to participate in certain aquaculture operations, such as disease treatment and protection, under a waiver issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Secretary.
