U.S. Department of Homeland Security Establishes Electronic Visa Update System Requirements for China

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has published a final rule requiring nonimmigrant aliens from China to enroll in the Electronic Visa Update System to maintain the validity of B-1, B-2, and B-1/B-2 visas, which are now designated as EVUS countries and categories.
