DOE Facilities Covered Under EEOICPA Act of 2000 to be Revised

The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) is updating the list of Department of Energy (DOE) facilities covered under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, as amended (EEOICPA), to include additional facilities determined through November 24, 2010.
