U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Submit Lien Notice Information Collection Request for Review and Approval

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public comments on its proposal to extend the use of the Lien Notice (CBP Form 3485) without changing the burden hours or information collected, as part of its information collection activities under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
