Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Credit Card Payment Form Review

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Criminal Justice Information Services Division, is seeking OMB approval for a revised credit card payment form, following a request for public comments on the proposed collection.
