DOJ, ATF Submit Information Collection Request for Explosives Employee Possessor Questionnaire-ATF Form 5400.28 Review and Approval

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking OMB approval for a revised information collection, the Explosives Employee Possessor Questionnaire-ATF Form 5400.28, as part of their ongoing efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
