DOJ and ATF Submit Information Collection Request for Firearms Transaction Record to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are requesting OMB review and approval for a new information collection, previously published in the Federal Register on March 7, 2023, with a 60-day comment period.
