Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Schedules I and II Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking OMB approval to extend a previously approved collection of U.S. Official Order Forms for Schedules I and II Controlled Substances, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
