Annual Reporting of Explosive Materials Storage Facilities to the Local Fire Authority

The Department of Justice is proposing to amend Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) regulations to require annual notification to local fire authorities of explosive materials storage sites, including type, capacity, and location.
