US Department of Justice Finalizes Privacy Act Exemption Regulations for Court Records System

The Office of Privacy and Civil Liberties within the US Department of Justice is finalizing its regulations for the Data Protection Review Court Records System, exempting it from certain provisions of the Privacy Act to protect national security and law enforcement sensitive information.
