Bureau of Prisons Proposes Regulation to Reserve Funds for Inmates Reentering Society

The Bureau of Prisons is proposing a new regulation under the First Step Act that would require it to reserve a portion of inmate compensation for costs associated with their reentry into society after release from prison.
