Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed eCollection eComments Requested; Import/Export Declaration for List I and List II Chemical

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Department of Justice (DOJ), is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for an information collection related to Import/Export Declaration for List I and List II Chemicals, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register on September 11, 2023, which allowed for a 60-day public comment period.
