U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Authorization for Incidental Harassment of Pacific Walruses in Alaska

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has proposed a plan to allow small numbers of Pacific walruses to be disturbed by cable-laying activities in Alaska and associated federal waters, in response to a request from Quintillion Subsea Operation, LLC.
