OSMRE Requests Approval for Information Collection on Designating Areas Unsuitable for Surface Coal Mining

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection to identify areas that cannot be mined using surface coal mining methods, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
