City of Phoenix Seeks Amendment to Endangered Species Permit for Rio Salado Project

The City of Phoenix has submitted a request to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for an amendment to its survival permit, allowing for incidental take of the yellow-billed cuckoo during the Rio Salado Environmental Restoration Project's operation and maintenance activities.
