The National Parks Air Tour Management Act requires the FAA and NPS to develop an air tour management plan for national park units with commercial air tour authority, but exempts units with 50 or fewer annual flights. The FAA and NPS have published annual lists of exempt parks since 2012, and this notice updates the list for 2014 and 2015.
