Indiana University Completes NAGPRA Inventory, Opens Transfer Process for Human Remains and Funerary Objects

Indiana University has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, determining a cultural affiliation with present-day Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and is now accepting requests from lineal descendants or representatives of unlisted tribes to transfer control of the remains and objects.
