U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License to BioWorks, Inc. for Soil Remediation Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant an exclusive license to BioWorks, Inc. for a patent related to remediation of soil infected with Phytophthora ramorum, with the license set to be issued on April 26, 2016.
