Bayer CropScience LP. is extending the comment period for its notice regarding the preliminary decision to extend the nonregulated status of InVigor MS8 canola to MS11 canola, which has been genetically engineered for male sterility and resistance to glufosinate-ammonium herbicide, allowing more time for public comments on draft environmental assessments and regulatory determinations.
