Federal Government Increases Maximum Penalty for Violations of Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act

The U.S. government has announced an inflation adjustment to the maximum civil penalty for violating the Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act (ABLA), increasing it from $20,521 to $21,039, effective immediately.
