Internal Revenue Service Requests Comments on Proposed Form 11-C

The IRS is seeking public input on its proposed collection of information for Form 11-C, Occupational Tax and Registration Return for Wagering, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
