OFAC Sanctions Action Notice

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is updating a Federal Register notice to reflect the addition of one individual to its Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. As a result, all property and interests in property within U.S. jurisdiction belonging to this person are frozen, and U.S. citizens and companies are prohibited from conducting transactions with the individual.
