CBP Extends Comment Period for Abandoned Merchandise Rule

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is extending the comment period for its proposed rule on disclosure of information regarding voluntarily abandoned merchandise from August 27, 2019, to November 15, 2019, in response to public requests for additional time to prepare comments.
