EPA Finalizes Changes to Texas Air Quality Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing a change to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) to reflect a 2014 EPA approval of a Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision to regulate greenhouse gases in the state's Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting program, addressing a prior deficiency in the 1997 Ozone and 2006 PM2.5 NAAQS.
