OPM Seeks Comments on Revised Information Collection Request for Representative Payee Application and Competency Determination

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is requesting public comments on a revised information collection request (ICR) 3206-0140, which collects medical information about an individual's competency, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and the Clinger-Cohen Act.
