EPA Approves Wisconsin's Infrastructure SIP for 2008 Ozone, 2010 NO2, and 2010 SO2 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule approving certain elements of Wisconsin's state implementation plan (SIP) for meeting the Clean Air Act's infrastructure requirements for nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide standards, which were set in 2008 and 2010, respectively.
