EPA Finds Adequacy for Utah's Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency has determined that the Cache County, Logan, UT-ID PM 2.5 Attainment Plan and its motor vehicle emissions budgets are adequate for transportation conformity purposes, according to a recent notice from the EPA.
