Boeing Revises Airworthiness Directive for 747 Series Airplanes to Prevent Fatigue Cracking

Boeing is revising an earlier proposed airworthiness directive to reduce the risk of fatigue cracking in the nose wheel well of its 747 series airplanes, which could lead to a depressurization event and compromise the aircraft's structural integrity.
