EPA Modifies Use Restrictions for Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Sites in Gulf of Mexico

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has modified the use restrictions for several ocean dredged material disposal sites in the Gulf of Mexico, allowing for the disposal of suitable dredged material from federal navigation channels to alleviate pressure on capacity, at the request of the United States Army Corps of Engineers Galveston District.
