FMCSA Grants Exemptions to 8 Individuals with Epilepsy for Interstate Commercial Motor Vehicle Operation

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has approved applications from 8 individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders to operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in interstate commerce for up to 2 years, after a review of their medical circumstances by a qualified examiner.
