FMCSA Grants Exemptions to 6 Individuals with Epilepsy for Interstate Commercial Motor Vehicle Driving

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to six individuals with epilepsy to operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in interstate commerce for a two-year period, citing the need for a more individualized approach to medical evaluations.
