EPA to Address Lawsuit Over Clean Air Act Disapproval of Utah's State Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a consent decree to settle a lawsuit filed by environmental groups over its partial disapproval of a Utah state implementation plan aimed at reducing air pollution from two power plants, Hunter and Huntingdon.
